How to Schedule a Message in Gmail Without Extensions

Do you want to schedule your emails and send them whenever you like?

This new feature is made available natively in both mobile & desktop for Google users. Before I used to use third-party extensions in order to schedule my messages.

In this easy & short tutorial you will learn how to schedule your messages the fast way.

You don’t need to install anything, this feature is also available in the mobile app.

Let’s go!

Schedule Gmail Messages Like a Boss

First, compose a new message with:

  • Email destination
  • Subject
  • Message body

Then click in the arrow next to the “Send” button.

Click on “Schedule send“.

Click on “Pick date & time“.

Choose the date of your choice. Click “Schedule send“.

You can undo right-away or leave it for it to schedule itself.

You can review your scheduled messages under “Scheduled” below your Sent messages menu.
