How to Remove All Unread Messages in Gmail

First, login to your Gmail account and click on the arrow in your search area.

Select the “Unread Mail” next to Search and click on the “Search” button.

Select all the messages/conversations by ticking the select all box.

Then click on “Select all conversations that match this search” to select all unread messages in your inbox and other places.

Click the “Trash” icon to delete all the messages.

Confirm the action by clicking “OK“.

This action will affect all conversations in the unread messages search.
