How to Delete All Empty Folders on Windows

Do you want to get rid of every empty folder in your Windows PC?

In this tutorial we will use a very small open-source program that will help you remove every empty folder in your system.

This will help clear the clutter and keep your hard disks clean. I don’t know if this impacts the performance but it can save you precious time when you go and clean your PC’s storage space by hand.

Remove Empty Folders from Your Hard Disks

Start by downloading your copy of Vanity Remover from Github: https://github.com/Svish/vanity-remover/releases

All you need is the .exe file.

Launch it and click in the folder icon to select your hard disk. Click “OK“.

Confirm that All empty folders will be deleted from your chosen folder.

Wait for a couple of minutes…

You should receive a Done message box after the process is finished!

No more empty folders!
